As co-founder and co-president of reality and crime TV powerhouse, Sirens Media, Valerie Haselton produced over 400 hours of true crime television. Best known for Bravo’s hit series The Real Housewives of New Jersey, Manzo’d With Children, and Thicker Than Water, Sirens Media had a formidable reputation in crime and investigation programming, with series for Court TV, LMN, the Discovery Channel, and fifteen series for Investigation Discovery including Who the (Bleep) Did I Marry?, Nightmare Next Door, and Evil Twins. Sirens Media was acquired by ITV in 2013; Haselton and her producing partner stepped down as presidents in 2018 to focus on their families and consult for stellar companies like Good Caper Content.
Valerie graduated from Scripps College and has a graduate degree in Film and Television from Bristol University, UK. She began her career in England as part of a team of twelve film school grads, Hybrid TV, which helped launch the career of Sasha Baron Cohen, who has inexplicably changed his email address.
